JSON Web Tools is a one-person operation. The typical response time is one to two business days, Monday through Friday, IST (India Standard Time, UTC+5:30). During occasional release weeks or planned breaks, replies may take up to a week — your message will not be lost.
For formal data subject requests under GDPR, CCPA, or comparable regulations, we respond within the statutory deadline (30 days under GDPR; 45 days under CCPA) at the latest, but typically much sooner.
Please note: there is no live chat, no phone line, and no 24/7 support desk. Email is the only channel, and that is intentional — it keeps the project sustainable and lets us focus on shipping improvements.
